ABOUT ME:

Since September 1991 I have been working as a PA, now located in SW London - Mayfair/Knightsbridge area , and with the wonders of technology I can offer my support to you remotely, whether at your business base or on your travels.
The demand for virtual assistance has certainly increased and my clients range from the fields of management, marketing and creative consulting, as well as private individuals - mainly working together regularly, but also on a one-off project or 'as and when' needed basis. I can also work as a part-time at your home or office if necessary.
I have spent most of my career as a Personal Assistant to Company directors and CEOs, mainly in the Construction/Law and Financial industry based in London. Having worked closely with several company founders I have had the opportunity to contribute to the success of their business, in my capacity as right-hand support and assisting with the daily running of the office or department.
Naturally, this has involved dealing with all levels of people, including daily contact with clients and various suppliers.
On a personal basis, I am a creative soul at heart and a lover of the great outdoors - weather permitting! So when it is time to play I shall be pursuing my love of travel and the arts, as well as enjoying all things flora and fauna!

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Rate Details

  • Hourly rate charged for professional services.
  • Rate dependent on type of assistance required, or on nature of assignment.
  • Retainer or Special Project rates may be negotiated.
  • Additional service charges, e.g. postage, couriers, travel or any other expenses incurred, will be billed at cost.

Terms & Conditions

  • Contract Booking Form to be completed and signed before commencement.
  • Completed work supplied by email or 1st class mail.
  • Final proofreading is responsibility of the client.
  • Any errors or omissions must be notified within 5 days of receipt and will be corrected free of charge.
  • Invoices will be submitted for payment weekly, or on completion of any assignment, or issued monthly for retainer fees. Timesheet will be included.
  • Payment by bank transfer or PayPal only.

Confidentiality Agreement

  • No assistance/assignment will be carried out until a signed Confidentiality Agreement has been received.
  • All materials and information supplied by and produced for client are treated as strictly confidential at all times, unless client advises otherwise.
